These are a series of articles written by PoIR and published at Groklaw. At the time, there were several on-going legal battles targeting Free Software, using copyright and patent law. I found these articles both: interesting and illuminating. So I’ve gathered what I could as a backup of the original, in case they disappear from the internet. All articles in this section are © the author.
Groklaw ceased to exist on 2013-08-20, after the Oracle v Google case, and due to concerns around government surveillance. After that, the domain has changed ownership a few times, and some of the articles are already lost – only available on the Wayback machine. This is why I’ve tried to copy and host a few of the articles of interest.
